Should you need an idea for actions and next steps, try this:
- Actions: I will review my habits every first Sunday of the month. I will change one habit a month.
- Next steps: I pick one bad habit from my habits list and chose a good habit by which I want to replace it.
Once this A6 is complete, make two copies, so that you have three identical A6 forms. Put one onto your fridge door, place one at plain sight in your workplace, and hang up one near your favorite place for free-time activities.
