Create Your Value Dashboard (Exercise)

Sport, Exercise, Foot Bike. This image is CC0!

Exercise 23: Create your own value dashboard. It should contain your satisfaction regarding three to five of your most important values, something to show development, and some element to show your perceived value/waste ratio.

This simple example is your first step into the fascinating world of quantified self. What quantified self is and how it blends in with Lean Self will be discussed in the upcoming posts, so stay tuned.

The value dashboard can be a part of your complete Lean Self personal dashboard.

I would love to see your results. Why don’t you share a link as comment?
