Happy New Year: Doing Less But Better

Happy New Year to all my readers. Today I want to share a presentation I found on slideshare. It’s not exactly from the Lean world but anyhow it is a good inspiration to start a new year.

The author of this presentation, Greg McKeown, has written a book I added to my reading list – Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less. Have a look at his site.

Hi, I think this presentation goes along the principles of Lean very well. If Lean is about limiting and eliminating waste, than getting focused on doing less but striving for better results sounds pretty Lean 😉 Just read a nice article that complements this: http://kanbantool.com/blog/do-less-but-better-a-lean-workflow. Good luck to all limiting how much they do and improving the quality 😉
