5 Principles of Lean Self

Lean Self is the consequent application of Lean Management principles to all aspects of life.

First of all, here are the five core principles of Lean Self:

  1. You are the one who defines what makes your life valuable.
  2. Identify how to create life value and eliminate waste of life.
  3. You are the only one who can improve your own life.
  4. Continuously pull what is valuable for you.
  5. Continuously improve towards perfection.

These principles are derived from the original Lean Management principles.
